In 2011, UAP Insurance announced that it was targeting an annual rental income of Ksh 600 million. In February, the insurance company’s representative said that the insurance company is targeting Ksh 1 billion in annual rental income.
As of June 2013,UAP’s property assets stood at Ksh 8.8 billion. It has invested in the following projects:
- Equatorial Towers, Juba, South Sudan: This project is reported to comprise of 12 residential houses and a 15-storey building. It is scheduled to be completed in August 2014
- 31-Storey UAP Towers in Upper Hill – The Ksh 2.5 billion project is scheduled to be completed in mid-2015
- Kampala’s Nakawa Business Park was completed in August 2013
